Den Norske Klub's Annual Fårikål Supper

26th September
The In & Out

Elected to become Norway's national dish in the early 1970s, Fårikål is a traditional  Norwegian dish consisting of pieces of mutton with bone, cabbage and black pepper, cooked for several hours in a casserole, and traditionally served with potatoes boiled in their jackets. Fårikål Feast Day is celebrated on the last Thursday in September each year and Den Norske Klub has the pleasure of inviting you to our annual Fårikål supper, Thursday 26th September at The In&Out.
